Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancelation Policy Clients may cancel their appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We understand that last minute situations can arise. If you're unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Late Arrivals & No Show Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment time. We allow a 10 minute grace period Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a No-Show and the appointment may be canceled at the notary's discretion. Please notify us if you may be running late. No Show Policy Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. No-Show appointments are NON-REFUNDABLE. We respect our clients time and ask that you respect ours as well. Guest Policy Only individuals who are required to sign documents are permitted to attend the appointment. NO ADDITIONAL GUEST ARE ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for your understanding.
